The chef greets you in his savours workshop in the heart of the vineyard of Anjou, between Angers and Cholet, to teach you the thousand and one secrets of gastronomy. He will share with you his talent and his art that he notably exercised in Pierre Gagnaire’s restaurant.
Course of the experience : “discovery” cooking lesson (3h30)
You will be welcomed in a haven of nature, within the large and modern workshop of the chef, where you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the equipment you need to cook your dishes. The individual kitchens, surroundings the chef’s kitchen, enable the participants to follow the lesson efficiently, in a convivial atmosphere.
You will prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert with fresh regional products selected by the chef. At the end of the lesson you will taste these dishes: and to make the pleasure complete, the chef will choose the appropriate wines to fit your delights…
