LEARN TO COOK IN LOIRE VALLEY FRANCE, COOKING LESSON IN FRANCE :
In the heart of the vineyard of Anjou, between Angers and Cholet, the chef will teach you the art of cooking the most refined seasonal products such as the suckling lamb or the scallops. He will share his talent with people passionate with gastronomy. Thanks to his cooking lessons, you will learn the thousand and one techniques of this expert who notably exercised in Pierre Gagnaire restaurant.
Course of the experience : the “Chef” cooking lesson (5h)
In the heart of a haven of nature, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen where to cook the most refined dishes. You will learn how to combine the flavours and how to highlight the fine products selected by the chef, such as the lobster or the foie gras. You will prepare three gastronomic dishes that you will taste after the lesson with some wines chosen by the chef. Thus you will know how to welcome your friends as the most famous chefs do!

The workshops are done in small groups of 6 people maximum.

From 9.30am to 2.30pm on Saturdays or from 5pm to 10 pm weekdays.
