- You will only be debited for a part of the total price to guarantee
your booking, and then you will pay the remaining amount to the
supplier of the accommodation, on site.
- Once your order is made, you will immediately receive by email
a confirmation order. You will receive another e-mail within 24
hours / 1 working day with confirmation of availability and with
the full details of the suppliers so that you can realise your experience.
- If there is no availability for your preferred dates, we will
not debit your account and will submit you with other alternatives.

Simply directly contact the supplier to organise your experience with
your confirmation order number and select a convenient date to experience

On your selected date, simply show up at the hotel and at the supplier
of the activity with your confirmation order number from Tematis.

8. I would like to offer an experience. How does it work?
You can offer our activities, weekends and holidays to your loved
ones very easily:
- You can simply buy online and enter the contact details of the
lucky person under the beneficiary title on the purchasing form.
We will email you a link to the product description purchased without price, for you to inform the person you offer the gift to at your convenience.
- You can also buy some gift vouchers
in the dedicated section and simply input an amount that the lucky
one can redeem by selecting him/herself an activity/weekend/holiday
on the website.

9. How long in advance should I book an experience?
- Each activity is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You can freely organise your activity at a convenient time for you.
- We recommend that you book your weekend or holiday enough in advance
to make sure there is availability.

10. Are there other charges than those mentioned
on the website for the experience?
- Each product states exactly what is included in the price, and
what is not.
- No other charge can be asked from you for an item included in
the price.

11. How can I pay?
All purchase on www.tematis.com can only be done by VISA or MASTER
CARD.

12. Do you use an online secured payment system?
- Your payment is secured.
- Tematis uses the encrypted and secured online payment solution

13. I bought an activity but I have to cancel.
What should I do?
Your order is valid 12 months from the purchase date. Simply reschedule
your experience directly with the supplier. Some restrictions may
apply depending on the suppliers' conditions.

14. I bought a weekend/holiday but I need to
cancel. What should I do?
- You cannot cancel your holiday or weekend after the
date of purchase.
Any cancellation of one or more activities with or without accommodation will be reimbursed to the client after deducting cancellation fees, which are as follows:
- 20 days or more before the agreed date of the experience: 50% of the total price of the service.
- Less then 20 days before the agreed date of the experience: 100% of the total price of the service.

15. I would like to stay an additional night
in the hotel I booked online. What should I do?
- We recommend that you contact the hotel as soon as possible in
order to make sure there is availability.
- The hotel will directly invoice you this additional night.

16. Can my children join me for the weekends/holidays?
- Children are welcome in most hotels. We have specified on each
weekend/holiday specifications the number of children that can join
per room.
- Please mention the number of children with you on the purchasing
form in the “comments” box so that the hotel can best
service your requirements.

17. Can I take my pet with me?
Pets are welcome in most hotels. We have specified on each weekend/holiday
specifications if the hotel accepts pets. Without any mention of this,
please consider that pets are not allowed at the hotel.

We have specified for each activity/weekend under "participants and
guests" the number of people that can join you during your activity.

for the experiences?
- In most cases there are no requirements to live the experiences.
- However, when there is a requirement, it will be mentioned on
the specifications of the activity, weekend or holiday, under “conditions
and restrictions”.
